Banana spinecheeks (Pentapodus caninus) a type of bream, are a hardy but rather uncommon fish. They get around a foot long and spend most of their days searching reefs and sandy flats for crustaceans and small fish to eat. Their purple body with stark yellow lines make this a stunning addition to a fish only or a large reef tank.
