Powder Blue Tang (acanthurus leucosternon)
Powder blue tangs (Acanthurus leucosternon) are one of the most striking saltwater reef fish due to its vivid coloring. They mostly live off algae and sea veggies. They can be difficult to keep and should be reserved for more experienced aquarists with established systems. Tangs can grow to be quite large, and can be sensitive to changes in their water, so they do best in a tank that is at least 75 to 100 gallons. They can be aggressive with other species of the same genus and need plenty of swimming room.
