Glass Frog

(Hyalinobatrachium fleischmanni)

These impossibly cool little amphibians are known as glass frogs (Hyalinobatrachium fleischmanni) due to their slick, transparent skin. Glass frogs are native to rainforests and rivers of South America, but can easily be kept in a moist, well misted terrarium. They lay eggs on the underside of wet leaves, and are excellent at camouflage.
